Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. I am fully qualified to take spinning and circuits classes. Your body will thank you for it!

I work closely with GPs who refer clients for a carefully tailored fitness programme specific to their individual medical needs. Whether you're new to working out or need medical considerations in your approach to training, I am able to cater for all needs.

I evaluate the physical and technical demands of a particular sport, or group of sports and design safe and effective training and exercise programmes that increase performance and reduce the risk of injury. I work with athletes to improve their balance, strength, agility and speed.

My experiences in fitness training include a focus on Muscle Building. The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet will have you in tip top shape.

What better way to workout than whilst enjoying nature? I enjoy the challenges that training in an outdoor setting, over various terrains and up and down a range of inclines presents. I offer group bootcamps as well personal training sessions for competitions such as Iron Man, Tough Mudder or The Spartan Race.
